Designed and engineered by TenPoint, Wicked Ridge Crossbows' Raider 400 De-Cock crossbow featuring Acudraw De-Cock and the D1 Trigger is now shipping. The ultra-lightweight Raider 400 De-Cock combines the convenience of de-cocking with speeds up to 400 feet-per-second.

“We all know the inconvenience of carrying a target to discharge your arrow, or shooting it into the ground after the hunt—the Raider 400 combines the convenience of de-cocking and speeds up to 400 feet-per-second at a price-point affordable to all hunters.” said TenPoint CEO Rick Bednar.

The Acudraw De-Cock silent cocking and safe de-cocking system features the company’s Auto-Brake Gear System, to eliminates the potential of losing control during the de-cocking process. While de-cocking, the user can remove their hand from the handle at any point and the handle will stop in place.

In addition, the Acudraw De-Cock reduces the effort required to cock the crossbow to just 5-pounds, and is equipped with a 1,000-pound strength Nylon strap to reduce wear and abrasion.

The D-1 Trigger boasts a two-stage, zero-creep design includes a DFP (Dry-Fire-Prohibitor) and delivers a consistently crisp, 3.5-pound pull. The push of a button moves the trigger to “de-cock” mode and allows the user to safely de-cock the crossbow with the built-in Acudraw De-Cock crank cocking device, or to manually de-cock the crossbow with a traditional rope-cocker.

The Raider 400 De-Cock features a 185-pound bow assembly consisting of a lightweight cast-aluminum riser and machined-aluminum limb pockets fitted with 11-inch WRX double-laminated limbs. Powered by speed-designed, 5S Cams and DynaFlight 97 string and cables, the bow assembly measures a narrow 15-inches wide to drive an arrow down-range up to a blazing 400 feet-per-second.

The Raider 400 De-Cock features a Tactical X stock. Molded from glass-filled polypropylene and configured with optimal comb-height and length-of-pull, the stock features tactical cutouts to reduce weight and improve balance. In addition, large safety wings on top of the crossbow’s fore-grip help prevent a shooter’s fore-grip fingers and thumb from moving above the flight deck while shooting the crossbow. The design measures 31.5-inches long and weighs in at 6.5 pounds.

For more information on the Raider 400, which comes pre-sighted at the factory, is finished in the Peak XT camo pattern, and includes a TenPoint Multi-Line Scope, 3 carbon arrows and a quiver, please visit tenpointcrossbows.comMSRP: $799.99
