Zeiss V8 NA Lede

Zeiss has announced its new line of V8 NA riflescopes, designed and configured specifically for the North American hunter. As additions to the V8 family, the V8 NA 2.8-20x56mm and 4.8-35x60mm feature a 30/34mm main tube, MOA settings and a multi-turn, external elevation turret with Ballistic Stop. The riflescopes boast an extra-large eye box and two reticle options that offer an ultra-fine center dot with daylight visible illumination.

The V8 NA riflescopes provide superior optical quality for detailed and precise images with 92-percent light transmission to the eye. The riflescopes have SCHOTT and FL high-transmission lenses for natural color reproduction and clear details. The Zeiss T* premium light transmission coatings are designed for brilliant images, and enables the trans mission of fine and clean details even under challenging lighting conditions. Meanwhile, the LotuTec coating ensures a clear view in all weather.

Zeiss #60 Plex Style Reticle

Designed and manufactured in Germany, each configuration comes in two reticle options, the Plex-Style illuminated dot reticle (#60) and the all-new Advanced Hunting Reticle (AHR) (#90). The former, second focal plane (SFP) #60 Plex-Style illuminated dot reticle is a lighter and finer variant of Zeiss' traditional #40 duplex style. Thanks to the finer lines, the bars have half the subtension of the previous model, and twice the amount of free space between them for added precision. Its illuminated dot is bright enough that it can be used in broad daylight, or turned down for use in twilight.

Zeiss #90 AHR reticle

The latter #90 AHR is also an SFP reticle, but is tailored more toward long-range hunting. With half, one and two MOA hash marks, the reticle allows for on-the-fly holds for both windage and elevation of up to 10 MOA left, right or over. The illuminated center dot is only .12 MOA, making it an extraordinarily precise aiming point. It is currently available only on Zeiss' V8 NA riflescopes.

The V8 NA riflescopes are shipping now to participating Zeiss authorized dealers. For more information on the V8 NA Riflescopes, visit zeiss.com.
