In a unique way to celebrate their sponsorship of the 2019 GAP Grind/Bushnell PRO/AM match, Savage has announced three new rifles—the 110 Elite Precision, the B Series Precision and the A22 Precision—which together mark the launch of a new Savage rifle family: the Precision Series. These new firearms will be built around the Modular Driven Technologies (MDT) chassis system, which Savage senior brand manager Jessica Treglia calls "the ideal match for Savage actions."

Savage 110 Elite Precision
The 110 Elite Precision, built around a blueprinted 110 action, will come with an MDT ACC aluminum chassis that boasts a fully adjustable stock, an ARCA Rail along its entire length, an MDT Vertical Grip and AICS magazine compatibility. Above, a titanium nitride bolt rides in a flash-nitride target receiver. Shots are released via an Accu-Trigger, user-adjustable from 1.5-four lbs., while a self-timing taper-aligned muzzle brake has been installed from the factory. The 110 Elite Precision will initially be available in .223 Rem., .308 Win., 6.5mm Creedmoor, 6mm Creedmoor, .300 Win. Mag., .300 Norma, .300 PRC and .338 Lapua Mag. MSRP: $1,999-$2,149.

Savage B Series Precision
A precision-minded rimfire, the Savage B Series features a one-piece MDT chassis fully machined from billet aluminum, with adjustable length of pull (LOP) and comb height. Within the chassis sits an 18" heavy-threaded barrel with a flush cap, a receiver topped with a stretch of one-piece Picatinny rail for the easy mounting of optics and a user-adjustable AccuTrigger. The rifle feeds from a 10-round detachable magazine, and will be available in .22 LR, .17 HMR and .22 WMR. MSRP: $599.

Savage A22 Precision
A similarly precision-minded rimfire, but in this case, one designed exclusively around the .22LR, the A22 Precision showcases the same chassis, barrel, optic-attachment rail and trigger as its B-Series sibling, as well as feeding from the same magazine. Additionally, the rifle is equipped with an oversized charging handle, for easier manipulation. MSRP: $599.
