In the video above, American Hunter Editor-in-Chief Scott Olmsted takes a look at a new-for-2021 offering from Winchester: the XPR Stealth SR. That SR in its name stands for "Suppressor Ready," speaking to its ⅝X24 TPI muzzle, so equipped for the easy addition of a suppressor. This, and a smooth nickel-Teflon coating on the rifle's bolt, both speak to this model's stealthy moniker, perfect for when every sound counts. The barrel has also been shortened to 16.5 inches, to maintain balance even with an 8- or 9-inch-long suppressor attached. For more information on this rifle, which weighs in at 6-pounds, 8-ounces, please visit winchesterguns.comMSRP: $619.99.
