Easton, a longtime player in the archery industry, has released the BowTruk Roller Bow Case. Designed from the ground up with archers in mind, the case boasts two full-size fleece bow compartments, for compound bows up to 47-inches in length. For accessories, eight interior and exterior pockets offer dedicated storage for stabilizers, arrows and the like. For protection, the BowTruk has a hybrid hard/soft shell offering protection from all angles, allowing for safe transport whether in a truck bed, or in the luggage compartment of an airplane. Triple field-replaceable roller-bearing wheels, meanwhile, make transport easy, and a double-seatbelt system anchors bows and internal pockets down for the ride.

The BowTruk is constructed with a Cordura 1680D Type 6, 6 Ballistic Nylon outer shell, a material originally developed for military body armor. This provides higher abrasion and tear resistance than standard ballistic nylon and polyester. A padded carry handle and shoulder strap round out this convenient Easton carrying case. USFWS Proposes New Grizzly Bear Management Rule

On July 17 the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) published a proposed rulemaking change on the Federal Register that, if approved, would allow western states to better manage their grizzly bear population.
