The Henry Repeating Arms Long Ranger holds true to all of the standard features that make a Henry a Henry, such as the fact that it’s “Made in America or Not Made at All,” as the company slogan suggests. But this time around, Henry engineers wanted to break the mold of what a lever-action is capable of, and specifically designed the Long Ranger to have the ability to reach out to 200 yards or more for big-game hunting. The result: a smooth-cycling, box-fed lever-action chambered in .223 Rem., .243 Win. and .308 Win. You’ll be hard-pressed to find a lever-gun more equipped to shoot the distances for which this gun was designed. Learn more about it in the video embedded above, hosted by Assistant Editor Connor McKibbin. MSRP: $1,066;henryusa.com.
