Designed for backcountry hunters, Savage has introduced the 110 Timberline. The newest member of Savage’s new Backcountry Xtreme Series, the 110 Timberline boasts RealTree Excape camo, a fluted barrel and protective olive-drab Cerakote coating. Further, the barrel is fluted at the muzzle to 5/8-24 inches, fitted from the factory with an Omni-port muzzle brake.

“Our team at Savage is enjoying developing the new models in the Backcountry Xtreme Series,” Jessica Treglia, senior brand manager at Savage Arms, said. “We can test new limits in hunting and grow our product line to build the rifles our customers want—like this new 110 Timberline. This is a versatile hunting rifle that delivers outstanding long-range accuracy, and it can stand up to anything.”

Like the other rifles in the Backcountry Xtreme series, the 110 Timberline comes with Savage’s AccuFit technology. This allows for easy adjustments to length-of-pull and comb height. The 110 Timberline’s user-adjustable AccuTrigger can be dialed as low as 1.5-pounds, or as high as 4 pounds, while the receiver is drilled and tapped (8-40) for scope bases. Finally, the factory blueprinted Savage 110 action is fed by a detachable box magazine, and bedded along its entire length with Savage’s AccuStock system.

The 110 Timberline will debut in 11 different short- and long-action chamberings, and the guns will be built in both right-hand and left-hand configurations. The 110 Timberline will be available at your local dealer by the end of December 2020. Learn more at savagearms.comMSRP: $1,165
