Bowtech has announced a new set of Carbon bows, with the Zion and Zion DLX. At just 3.3 pounds, the Zion is the lightest carbon-riser platform currently on the market, with a grip specifically designed to eliminate torque. The bow is driven by a synchronized binary cam system.

“To appreciate the Zion, you simply have to pick it up and shoot it!”, said vice president of product marketing Dave Parker. The lightweight carbon riser, the new improved grip and the new high performance cam, make the Zion the perfect choice for the bowhunter looking for performance in a lightweight platform.”

The Zion DLX, meanwhile, uses the same aerospace-inspired carbon riser as the Zion, the same torque-reducing grip and the same binary cam system. It combines all this with accessories from Black Gold, TightSpot, RipCord and Octane.
