TriStar's Setter S/T line has served as an ideal entry-level over/under shotgun since its introduction, and it's doubling down on that role for 2016. New this year are variants in .410 and 28 gauge, each with their own dedicated frames.

The new .410 and 28 gauge models will ship with the same features found on the original S/T releases, like a solid frame, sealed action, chrome-lined barrels, self-adjusting locking bolts, fiber optic front sights and a wood stock. The quality remains, just in a smaller package.

"Our Setter S/T line has become a favorite because it offers a reliable and solid-built over/under at an affordable price," said TriStar Sales and Marketing Manager Ryan Bader. "The addition of .410 and 28 gauges further solidifies the shotgun line as one that shooters and hunters should consider whether they're looking for their first or their next over/under."

Both new shotguns will have a 3-inch chamber and include five Beretta/Benelli mobile-style choke tubes. They're both backed by TriStar's standard 5 Year Warranty. They ship with an identical $565 MSRP.
