That classic look and feel that was present in so many westerns is making a comeback in 2012. Winchester Repeating Arms has announced that it will be reintroducing the Winchester 1892 Large Loop Carbine Rifle to the company line in 2012.

The new version of the 1892 will look just like the original—right down to the 20-inch button-rifle barrel and an overall length of 37 1/2 inches. The rifle will feature a Grade 1 walnut stock and a rich, satin finish.

A Marble Arms sight will come standard on the new 1892, which will hold 10 cartridges and be available in four calibers: .357 Mag., .44 Rem. Mag., .44-40 Winchester and .45 Colt.

The new 1892 is being shipped with an MSRP of $1,259.99.
