Mojave 45 Black And Tan Lede

Dead Air Silencers has expanded the company’s .45 Auto suppressor lineup for 2025 with the release of the all-new Mojave 45 modular suppressor.

The Mojave 45 is built around Dead Air’s patent-pending Triskelion Gas Management System. This system, which employs additive manufacturing to achieve the advanced baffling configuration, not only delivers a stronger and lighter suppressor, but also one that is tuned for enhanced sound reduction at the muzzle and the ear. Backpressure and felt recoil are greatly reduced compared to traditional baffle designs, ensuring a cleaner shooting experience with less wear on the firearm. Add in the overall lighter weight and engineered rearward weight bias for enhanced balance and the suppressor not only offers a softer, more pleasing sound and tone but also is more natural in the hand, promoting accuracy and reducing fatigue.

Compatible with multiple calibers and platforms, and suitable for use on tilt and fixed barrels across select full-auto and semi-auto systems, the Mojave 45, like its Mojave 9 predecessor, presents a modular design. Adding or removing the front module allows the user to prioritize size/weight and sound reduction for changing needs and applications. What’s more, these changes can be made quickly in the field without tools and is compatible with Dead Air’s P-series adapters.

Hunters should take particular note of the Mojave 45's Semi-Automatic Caliber ratings. In such a configuration, the suppressor can handle supersonic .300 BLK, .350 Legend, .400 Legend Subsonic, .450 Bushmaster subsonic, and .357 Magnum and .44 Magnum in lever-actions w/16-inch barrels, making this an excellent multi-platform suppressor for hunters. Range Review: Winchester Supreme Long Range Ammo

Winchester's latest ammunition line is the Supreme Long Range centerfire rifle ammo, and that line is built around its BC Max projectile. Using a thick, drawn copper jacket, steep boattail at the rear and a relatively oversized polymer tip, the BC Max bullet is built for resisting wind deflection and retaining energy downrange. Check out Phil Massaro's review of the new ammo line here.
