First Look: Sauer Rifles Featuring H-S Precision Stocks

HS Stock 100 And Pantera

J.P. Sauer and Sohn has introduced the Sauer 100 LWT(lightweight) and Pantera rifles with H-S Precision stocks. These are the first Sauer rifles available American-made H-S Precision stock featuring a 7075-aluminum bedding block with Kevlar, fiberglass, and carbon material for strength and lightweight structure.

Accurate, rugged and reliable, these rifles deliver a guaranteed five-shot, sub-MOA performance. They all feature a smooth bolt, an adjustable single-stage trigger (from 2.2 - 4.2 pounds), a five-round detachable double-stack magazine, a three-position safety and a cold-hammer-forged German-steel barrel.

“We have paired German performance with American innovation in these new Sauer 100 models to offer hunters and shooters the best of both worlds when it comes to precision, accuracy, and ergonomics,” said Jason Evans, CEO of Blaser Group.

The Sauer 100 LWT H-S Precision rifle features a cerakoted barrel that is fluted and threaded. Barrel length is 22-inches for standard calibers and 24-inches for magnum, while the total weight of the rifle is 7 pounds for standard calibers and 7.2 pounds for magnum.

The Sauer Pantera features a semi-weight barrel that is fluted, black cerakoted, and threaded. Barrel length is 20-inches for standard calibers and 22-inches in the magnum, an ideal setup when using suppression. Total weight is 7 - 7.2 pounds. All S100s take Remington M700 Long Action bases.

Models are available in.308 Winchester, 6.5 Creedmoor, 6.5 PRC, and .300 Winchester Magnum.
