The Gravedigger Extreme Cut-on-Contact Broadhead, from Bloodsport, is a hybrid mechanical broadhead designed to create large wound channels for maximum blood loss. The Gravedigger Extreme combines the best of two worlds, with a large 1.25-inch cut-on-contact lead blade, followed by two expandable blades that delay opening until entry has been achieved, adding 2.25" of cutting surface. These blades are aligned perpendicular, to maximize wound area.

Utilizing no O-rings or rubber bands that may become failure points, the patent-pending retention system locks both expandable blades closed until penetration begins. The leading blade, meanwhile, is designed to fly true, meaning little tuning is necessary for an accurate shot. Housed in a 7075-aluminum ferrule, and complemented by 420 stainless steel blades, the Gravedigger Extreme claims to handle everything from southern whitetail, to large moose. For more information on these broadheads, sold in packs of three, please visit bloodsportarchery.com. MSRP: $34.99
