Renowned shotgun maker Benelli has entered the bolt-action rifle market, with the introduction of the Lupo. Debuting in .30-06 Sprg., .300 Win. Mag. and .270 Win., the Lupo features chassis-style construction with an alloy lower receiver, and a synthetic stock and forend. The stock incorporates Benelli's patented Progressive Comfort recoil-reducing system, and a Combtech cheek pad.

With a three-shot capacity, the Lupo promises sub-MOA accuracy thanks to a precision CRIO-treated and free-floating barrel, bedded steel-to-steel into the receiver. A two-position tang-mounted safety offers ambidextrous manipulation, while the barrel boasts a threaded muzzle. To better fit the rifle to each individual, the Lupo's separate stock, receiver and forend allow for 12 drop and cast positions with the included shims, expandable to 36 positions by utilizing optional combs. Further fit adjustments can be made with included length of pull spacers. Finger reach to the trigger is also adjustable with included spacers that can be placed between the receiver and the stock. Additional fit choices include two raised cheek-pad styles, and one optional-length butt pad. For more information on this seven-pound bolt-action, please visit benelliusa.comMSRP: $1,699
