The new MAD Super Resinator Pot Call may be the most user-friendly pot call I have ever used. As the name implies, the striking surface is coated with resin, which seems to make for a very forgiving call. In less than 20 seconds I conditioned the call using the sandpaper provided and was scratching love notes that would’ve made any gobbler swoon. The Super Resinator produces higher-pitched frequencies as well as lower tones. Sweet spots are endless.

The new MAD Super Slate Pot Call is perfect for the hunter who wants to sound like an old boss hen. I was able to produce lower-toned, raspier notes utilizing the center of the call. For those who prefer the sharper cutting and clucks produced from a slate call, the MAD Super Slate should have what you need.

Both calls utilize a hickory striker and come with abrasive pads for conditioning. And unlike some pot calls, the lipped design of the Super Resinator and Super Slate Pot calls allow for a variety of tones and frequencies that can be changed with a simple adjustment of finger placement and hold.

For those who prefer mouth calls, Flambeau got together with some of the biggest names in the champion turkey-calling world to produce the new MAD Grand National Champion Tri-Pack. Billy Yargus, Matt Van Cise and Ricky Joe Bishop, all National Championship title holders, have each included their signature call. These three calls were designed by champions to produce proven sounds. Three different colors make finding the call to match your scenario a simple task.

Hardware Review: Benelli Super Black Eagle 3 A.I. BE.S.T

The Benelli Super Black Eagle 3 A.I. BE.S.T. is, put simply, on the fast track to being considered a waterfowling marvel. Standing for Advanced Impact technology, the SBE 3 A.I. shoots its shot with  improved downrange results thanks to a very, very proprietary barrel technology that actually assists in energy retention for greater downrange velocity. Sounds crazy, right? That’s what I thought too; then I took the gun to Montana’s Bighorn River and had my mind blown.
