The latest in a long line of innovative Hornady cartridge families, the 22 ARC joins its 6mm sibling as an incredibly attractive cartridge for the AR-platform rifle. The company developed the cartridge as an improved ballistic solution capable of 1000-yard accuracy. Hornady's Doppler radar systems were leaned upon heavily to fine-tune the high-BC bullets' ballistic performance.

As the cartridge and chamber were designed simultaneously, Hornady's engineers were able to control every aspect of the bullet's performance. All in all, the cartridge boasts similar performance to the .22-250 Remington, while still fitting into a standard AD-15 lower.

22 ARC Black

Hornady currently offers three loads in the chambering: a 62-grain ELD-VT V-Match, an 88-grain ELD Match and a 75-grain ELD Match Black offering.
