Ledefrontier 1X22 With Riser

Hawke Optics has released what it calls its clearest, brightest, and strongest red-dot sight yet. In 2019 Hawke launched its entry level Vantage series of red-dots, following that up with two new and improved Endurance Red Dot sights in 2020. The Frontier adds a premium optic to this already deep line of red-dots.

Whether mounting it on an AR, a lever gun or a dedicated hunting handgun, this sight would be perfect for hunters pursuing fast-moving predators like coyotes or hogs, with enough durability to stand up to high strings of fire.

Hawke’s all new Auto Illumination Mode (AIM) allows for an outstanding battery life expectancy of up to 50,000 hours. A.I.M. capabilities work by automatically turning the illuminated reticle on when the sight senses movement, and turning it off when inactivity is detected for longer than two minutes. Then the sight will power on again as soon as movement is detected. A 10-stage digital brightness control includes two night-vision compatible settings. Paired with a high efficiency LED emitter, the Frontier operates at a daylight-bright setting for several years on a single battery.

The 1x22 Frontier Red Dot uses Hawke’s proprietary System H7 optics for clarity, and features a 2 MOA dot and 1/2 MOA adjustments for ultimate precision. High-grade aluminum construction, recessed brightness controls, guarded turrets and IPX7 waterproofness are additional features. The sight comes boxed with a low-profile Weaver/Picatinny mount, lower-1/3 co-witness mount with quick-release and a Micro T-2 footprint for limitless mounting options. It is also supplied with a honeycomb sunshade and protective flip-up covers. For more information, visit us.hawkeoptics.com. MSRP: $329
