German Precision Optics (GPO) has announced three new riflescopes to its line of premium optics. Designed for today’s demanding hunter, the new Spectra 4X riflescopes offer precise, reliable and high-quality performance for diverse hunting scenarios. Featuring a 30mm main tube, the company’s proprietary GPObright high-transmission lens coating technology, PASSIONdrop hydrophobic exterior lens coatings and a double HD glass objective lens, the new 2.5X-10X-44, 2.5X-10X-44i and 4X-16X-50i riflescopes provide enhanced clarity, exceptional brightness and true color from dawn to dusk.

German Precision Optics Spectra 4X Riflescope

Exclusive to GPO and featured on two of the new 4X magnification scopes is the “micro-fiber optic dot” iCONTROL illumination system. The illumination can be adjusted between barely visible for low-light conditions or extremely bright for daylight usage, and features an extreme fine microfiber optic dot for precise close and long-range shooting. The system automatically powers down the illumination when the electronic module has been stationary for more than three hours and alerts the user when the battery has 15 percent power remaining.

With the introduction of the Spectra riflescope lines, GPO has modernized the hunting turret systems for those who want both a ballistic turret for easy dialing along with protection from the elements of outdoor field use with a capped ballistic turret. With a low-profile knob that has easy to read dial numbers, the aluminum cap fits snugly over the top. This system has clockwise rotating “cm” click turrets with solid knurled knobs easy to grab in any hunting environment. A blank turret is provided in every box for customization.

German Precision Optics G4i Drop Reticle

The easy-to-read cm adjustable turret with rotation markings, fast-focus rubberized ocular, and an extra-wide magnification adjustment ring make these three new scopes ideal for any hunting situation. The 2.5-10x-44 is available with a standard non-illuminated G4 reticle, the 2.5x-10x-44i (illuminated reticle) is available with a new G4i-drop, which combines the illuminated German G4i with ballistic hold over markers, and the 4x-16x-50i comes with two reticle options, the German G4i with an illuminated Micro-dot or the all new G4i-drop which combines the illuminated German G4i with ballistic hold over markers.

Second focal-plane scopes, the new Spectra riflescopes are crafted from a solid, one-piece dust-proof, waterproof, nitrogen-filled body that offers constant point-of-impact and the ultimate in strength and durability. They have an MSRP of $549.99-$749.99. For more information, visit gpo-usa.com.
