Lede Xpert Teal

Winchester Ammunition has introduced a high-velocity steel shotshell for waterfowl hunters that live to hear the buzz of early-season teal. Available in 12 gauge 2 ¾ inch and 3 inch, Xpert Teal features high-velocity payloads that provide increased range and allow for shorter leads on fast-flying teal.

Winchester's Xpert line of steel shotshell ammunition has been a favored stalwart among dedicated hunters since its 2001 introduction. While the line also includes sub-variants dedicated to Pheasants, Snow Geese and multi-purpose Game and Target loads, by far its best know is Xpert Waterfowl. Utilizing corrosion resistant #6 steel shot, Xpert (Waterfowl) Teal promises to not only provide excellent patterns for the fast little birds, but also to stand up to hard, wet, repeated trips to the blind. A 1 1/8 ounce payload in both shell lengths means the shells can be had in muzzle velocities of 1400 fps, all the way up to a blistering 1550 fps.

Michigan Mayor Looks Down on Guns and Dogs

“If you’ve got a gun, you should be ashamed of yourself,” said Grand Rapids Mayor David LaGrand. NRA-ILA also noted that in his response to a police K-9 chasing down a suspect, LaGrand said: “It is time that we ask, ‘What are dogs good for?’ Like, if you need a dog to find someone in the woods, get a hound dog. If you need to chase somebody in a backyard, why couldn’t you do that with a drone? If my dog did what I saw in that video, I’d put my dog down.”
