The R25 GII is based on years of engineering and refinement that went into the development of the DPMS GII platform, delivering a Modern Sporting Rifle (MSR) that is lightweight, easy to maneuver, and is extremely accurate. The small things, like a titanium firing pin, enlarged ejection port, and steel insert feed-ramp add up to reliability when needed. The lighter bolt carrier, improved extractor, and dual ejectors ensure consistent cycling.

The GII is built on a downsized platform with a pair of forged, anodized, Teflon-coated 7075 upper and lower receivers that work in unison. To reduce weight even more, every component was examined to see if changes could be made without compromising durability and performance. A new skeletonized stock with ambidextrous cheek weld and a carbon fiber free float tube reduces weight and improves balance. It’s Remington’s most advanced, versatile and reliable MSR platform offering.

The rifle loads easily, can be broken down without effort and is designed for quick magazine changes. Extras like Hogue rubber pistol grips and recoil pad make it easier to handle and shoot. MSRP $1,696.51.
