Work Sharp's Professional Precision Adjust Elite takes knife sharpening to a new level. For starters, the sharpener kit—which ships in a waterproof carrying case—comes with 10 abrasives from 220 grit to 300 grit, a leather strop and a ceramic hone, which is absolutely all anyone needs to get their knife to a hair-popping edge. These abrasives clip into a handle and sharpening rod, that screws into the main body of the sharpener. This is where the tool really gets interesting. The main body locks firmly into a base and accepts a knife clamp that allows users to easily sharpen body sides of a knife. From there, a fine adjustment knob on top works in conjunction with a nifty digital angle indicator to set the angle of your abrasive to within a quarter of a degree, from 15 to 30 degrees. Work Sharp has even included green honing compound in the kit, for easier and more efficient stropping. Don't just take our word for it though, check out the Work Sharp Professional Precision Adjust Elite in action at the video embedded above, or visit worksharptools.com for more on the product.
