Spartan Precision Equipment has announced the Valhalla Gen 2 Bipod, a shooting support system engineered for exceptional stability, rapid deployment, and lightweight performance for hunters and long-range precision shooters.
Built around a horizontal spigot mounting system, the Valhalla Gen 2 moves the fulcrum closer to the muzzle, dramatically increasing stability while enabling quick attachment and removal in the field. Its wide stance and cradled design provide a stable shooting platform, whether engaging targets at extended distances or navigating rugged terrain on a hunt.
Constructed from hard-anodized 7075-T7351 aluminum and multi-layered carbon fiber, the Valhalla Gen 2 weighs 13 ounces (373g), delivering lightweight portability and exceptional durability. Hardened stainless-steel shoulder plates reinforce the primary load-bearing points, ensuring long-term reliability in demanding environments.

The bipod offers a range of shooting positions, providing maximum adaptability across uneven terrain. Legs can be stowed pointing forward or rearward. The forward stow position is locked to prevent inadvertent deployment when negotiating thick cover. From the rearward position, the legs can be rapidly deployed to the 90-degree shooting position. In addition, the legs can be set to 45-degrees forward, achieving a lower firing position or enabling excellent stability for extreme downhill firing scenarios. The Valhalla Gen 2 offers a maximum height of 8¼ inches (21.8cm) and a minimum of 4¾ inches (12.5cm), delivering versatility for a wide range of shooting applications.
"The Valhalla Gen 2 was engineered for shooters who demand uncompromising stability without sacrificing speed or weight," said Rob Gearing, Founder and CEO of Spartan Precision Equipment. "Every detail was designed to enhance field performance, from the wide footprint to the rapid-deployment system."
