POP UP 30 GROUP SHOT 01

Mystery Ranch has announced upgrades to its Pop-Up series of hunting packs. The company received feedback that their Pop-Up packs needed to be ever so slightly larger to meet the needs of their users. As such, the new Pop-Ups have been increased from 28- and 38-liter capacities to 30- and 40-liter capacities. Both boast taller-yet-sleeker designs that well fit their unique, telescoping frames.

The packs are designed to convert from hunting to hauling in mere seconds. When expanded, the frames will carry loads up to 100 pounds, and both models are available in men's and women's harnessing.

Next, the pack's Overload feature lends expandability via a load sling between the pack and the frame. This allows the load to be situated close to your back for maximum comfort. Further, the Futura Yoke micro adjusts to the user's torso length for proper standoff between the back and frame.

Finally, an integrated ¼-20 TPI optics thumbscrew positioned at the top of the frame, allows the threading of a camera, spotting scope, or rifle rest directly to the pack frame for optimal stabilization. Set the pack on the ground, connect the necessary mount, and glass or shoot with stable accuracy.

The 30-liter pack weighs in at 4.9 pounds, while the 40-liter tips the scales at 5.3. Both come in either Coyote, Foliage or Subalpine finishes. For more information, visit mysteryranch.comMSRP: $399-$425
