LEDE DU Legend Layout Blind

Alps OutdoorZ has released the Ducks Unlimited Legend Layout Blind, designed to protect hunters braving the harshest elements in any setup, in order to maintain focus on the birds, not the hide or weather.

Alps has partnered with Ducks Unlimited to not only design the field’s finest in the DU collection of products, but also to continue building financial support for waterfowl habitat across the country. When outdoorsmen purchase Alps DU-licensed pieces like the DU Legend Layout Blind, they are directly supporting habitat conservation across North America. The Alps family is pleased to contribute a portion of these sales to the mission.

With protection at the core, the DU Legend Layout Blind offers an enclosed waterproof tarpaulin floor that protects gear when weather conditions are challenging. The integration of the zero-gravity chair delivers comfort in a low profile, while keeping the backside off the cold winter ground. Heads will rest easily on an ultra-padded headrest.

Though comfort is at the forefront of the DU Legend Layout design, concealment has not been forgotten. Decorated in Mossy Oak Original Shadow Grass camouflage, the Legend is sure to vanish into any marsh or stalk field hide. Layered with an integrated stubble straps design, hunters can lace their Legend Layout with their cover of choice. A mesh face screen hides the whites of eyes, concealing without obstructing the view of the sky. Alps has done their due diligence in reassuring that flaring birds will be a rarity when hunting from the DU Legend.

Ergonomics were not to be excluded from the development of the DU Legend Layout. A rear-zippered door allows easy access to the pit storage area so that waterfowlers can quickly snatch their next box of shells from the blind bag. The toolless assembly of the blind and backpack carry straps enables hands-free transportation and setup. The cockpit has an opening dimension of 24 inches by 56 inches and features zippered flag ports on each side to provide the freedom requested by outfitters.
