Tactical Solutions (TacSol) has introduced the Winter 2021/2022 Edition of X-Ring VR rifles with GRS Hunter Light Stocks. Teaming up with GRS Stocks of Norway, TacSol is able to offer a lightweight adjustable stock, in three distinct colors. This .22 LR-chambered precision shooter comes fully equipped with our world-class X-Ring Barrel and X-Ring Receiver, built-in rail for optics, an extended magazine release for quick-and-easy magazine removal, a cleaning port for easy cleaning, a heat-dissipating fluted barrel, a dual guide rod system that provides smooth cycling, and a threaded muzzle to easily attach a silencer or compensator.

Further, to accommodate a wider range of shooters, the gun can be had with a left- or right-hand charging receiver, and a left- or right- handed stock. While the gun earned its pedigree winning numerous competitive world-championship titles, its has long been trusted as a small-game hunter as well, a task which the lightweight GRS stock makes the gun even more suited for. The whole setup weighs in at only 4.7 pounds empty.

“GRS is a great addition to our already outstanding rifle line up.” said Cody Bennion, TacSol director of sales. “With GRS’ strict standards of quality, it only made sense to pair them with our rifles”.

Range Review: Winchester Supreme Long Range Ammo

Winchester's latest ammunition line is the Supreme Long Range centerfire rifle ammo, and that line is built around its BC Max projectile. Using a thick, drawn copper jacket, steep boattail at the rear and a relatively oversized polymer tip, the BC Max bullet is built for resisting wind deflection and retaining energy downrange.
