Introduced in 2015 as a variant of the popular Marlin 1895 Guide Gun, the GSBL is, like the name implies, simply the Guide Gun model of the newer SBL line, which stands for stainless steel, big-loop and laminate stock. USFWS Proposes New Grizzly Bear Management Rule

On July 17 the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) published a proposed rulemaking change on the Federal Register that, if approved, would allow western states to better manage their grizzly bear population.
