For 2019, Ravin Crossbows has introduced its new R26, the most compact and lightweight crossbow the company has ever created. Weighing in at just 6.5 pounds, the R26 is sending arrows off the rail at speeds of 400 fps.

The R26 is small but mighty when you consider the speeds are generated from a 9.5-inch power stroke, and the bow measures just 26 inches in length. Ravin’s R26 axle-to-axle width is less than a hand width at 5.75 inches when fully drawn—to say it is compact is an understatement.

It’s Trac-Trigger Firing System is a built-in trigger mechanism that clasps directly to the center of the string every time, for a perfectly balanced draw and straight-line nock travel. The R26 uses HeliCoil technology that coils cables away from both the top and bottom of the cams in helical grooves keeping them perfectly balanced. The technology allows the cams to rotate 340 degrees, while both cams remain perfectly level when drawing and shooting.

The R26 has an MSRP of $2,049.99, is available in the new Predator Dusk Camo, and comes fully assembled with all the accessories needed to take it out of the box and head for the range, including an illuminated scope, quiver, draw handle, 400-grain arrows and more.
