ATN Corp has launched the ATN ThOR 6 Elite. Powered by an all-new 6th Generation thermal engine and ATN's proprietary SharpIR AI image enhancement technology, the ThOR 6 Elite was designed from the ground up for hunters of all stripes.

At the heart of the ThOR 6 Elite is ATN's new 6th Generation thermal engine, available in 384×288 or 640×512 resolution—both featuring ≤15mK NETD ultra-sensitive sensors built on a 12μm pixel pitch. These sensors detect the faintest heat differences, enabling early target detection at longer ranges, sharper detail at higher zoom, and consistent performance in hot, humid, or low-contrast environments.

For hunters, that means spotting a coyote tucked tight against a cedar fence line at 400 yards, picking out a hog rooting through tall grass in total darkness, or catching movement on a distant ridgeline well before first light. Flagship 640×512 configurations deliver detection ranges up to 3,650 meters.

Paired with a 0.49-inch 1920×1080 OLED display—the sharpest, most vibrant screen ATN has ever put in a riflescope—the ThOR 6 Elite delivers crisp, high-contrast visuals with deep blacks, brighter highlights, and smooth motion tracking that reduces eye fatigue during long sessions in the stand or on a night hunt.

"The ThOR 6 Elite is the thermal hunting scope we've been working toward for years. With our 6th Generation thermal core and SharpIR AI enhancement, hunters can now see more detail, faster, and at distances that were simply not possible before. Whether you're running hogs all night or waiting on a coyote at last light, this is the scope that keeps you in the game from the first stand to the last shot of the season." said James Munn, CEO of ATN Corp

SharpIR AI Image Enhancement

ATN's proprietary SharpIR AI-enhanced imaging is a real-time processing engine that automatically sharpens edges, boosts contrast and enhances target separation with no manual adjustments required. The result is clearer definition between an animal and its background, fewer false positives on brush and limbs, and faster target identification when every second counts.

Features

  • Hot Point Tracking—Instantly locks onto the hottest object in the field of view.
  • Recoil Activated Video (RAV)—Automatically records up to 10 seconds before and after every shot.
  • Built-In Laser Rangefinder (LRF)—Available on select models, the integrated LRF delivers instant, accurate distance readings up to 1,000 meters with ±1 m accuracy.
  • Ballistic Calculator with Multiple Profiles—Automatically adjusts the reticle for range and angle. Store up to five custom load profiles and swap between rifles, airguns, or crossbows without re-zeroing.
  • Zeroing Freeze—Pauses the image at the moment of impact for precise reticle adjustments.
  • Picture-in-Picture (PIP)—Zoom in tight on a target while keeping a wide-angle view active in the corner.
  • Hot-and-Cold Color Palettes—Six selectable palettes — White Hot, Black Hot, Iron Red, Alarm, Green Hot, and Sepia.
  • Built-In Wi-Fi & ATN Connect 6 App—Connect directly to a smartphone or tablet. Use your phone as a live viewfinder, review footage instantly, or let a hunting partner watch the action in real time. Perfect for guiding new hunters and sharing the experience at camp.
  • 64 GB Internal Video & Audio Recording—Capture every hunt with no SD cards, no extra gear.

Construction

The ThOR 6 Elite's magnesium alloy housing carries an IP67 waterproof rating, shrugging off rain, creek crossings and heavy dew. It is shock-rated to 6,000 Joules (1,000g acceleration over 0.4 ms) to handle hard-kicking calibers without losing zero. Operating from -30°C to 55°C (-22°F to 131°F), it is built to perform just as reliably in a January whitetail stand as it does on a July hog hunt.

The redesigned housing weighs under 1.9 pounds. Two replaceable 18650 rechargeable batteries deliver approximately nine hours of continuous runtime. USB-C external power support and sub-7-second startup from standby round out these ever-ready features.
