Hi Mountain Seasonings is celebrating its 35th anniversary with a new collection of wild game recipes designed to help hunters make the most of their harvest. As hunting seasons open across the country and fresh wild game begins filling freezers, the Hi Mountain Seasonings 35th Anniversary Recipe Collection offers timely field-to-table inspiration.

The collection features 15 recipes, covering venison, bear, wild turkey, goose, dove and other game that showcase a variety of Hi Mountain Seasonings products. Dishes range from glazed venison roast and wild goose pastrami to an all-time favorite, brined & smoked dove. The recipes give hunters and home cooks new ways to make the most of this season’s harvest.

“For 35 years, Hi Mountain Seasonings has been part of the tradition that follows the hunt,” said Hans Hummel, president and owner of Hi Mountain Seasonings. “Bringing home the harvest is only the beginning. Preparing that game and sharing it with family and friends is among the most rewarding parts of the experience. We created this collection to celebrate our anniversary and share great recipes that help hunters enjoy the game they worked so hard to bring home.”

Founded in 1991, Hi Mountain Seasonings has spent 35 years helping hunters, anglers and home cooks turn their harvests into delicious meals. From its popular Jerky Cure & Seasoning Kits and Sausage Kits to brines, rubs, marinades, and specialty seasonings, the Wyoming-based company has become a trusted name among those who prepare their own meat and wild game.

The 35th Anniversary Recipe Collection is available free online. It can be downloaded for future use or referenced anytime a hunter is looking for inspiration on what to do with the next package of wild game coming out of the freezer.

Hi Mountain Seasonings is based in Riverton, Wyo.—the heart of Wyoming.
