Upgrades are always a welcome surprise, especially when the original product was already one of the best. New from Banish Suppressors, the Banish 30-V2 is an upgraded version of the company’s popular BANISH 30 suppressor that is shorter, lighter, quieter, and more versatile than ever.

Made from 100 percent Titanium, the 8.17-inch Banish 30-V2 is nearly a full inch shorter than its predecessor (in its full-length configuration), and tips the scales at 12.4 ounces, a reduction of 1.8 ounces from the original. Recoil-reducing and capable of an average sound reduction of 34.5dB (from a .308 caliber rifle), the 30-V2 was built to handle any cartridge from .17 HMR up to a .300 WBY. Talk about versatility! And it’s a modular design, meaning it’s not only user serviceable (so you can easily disassemble and clean it with ease), but able to be shortened into an incredibly compact 6.4-inch suppressor by removing the tube extension and three of its 11 baffles. In this compact, eight-baffle configuration, the Banish 30-V2 weighs a mere 9.5 ounces, making it a great option for backcountry hunting where every ounce matters.

Perhaps best of all, the new Banish 30-V2 now wears an industry-standard 1.375x24 HUB mount, meaning it’s compatible with all your existing HUB mount accessories from a quick-detach system to a direct thread. Being able to quickly swap this suppressor from one firearm to another, regardless of the mounting system, means you’ll be able to enjoy the benefits of recoil and sound reduction that the Banish 30-V2 offers at the range and in the field, with nearly every suppressor-ready firearm you own. The Banish 30-V2 ships with a 5/8x24 TPI direct thread attachment, and users can purchase any number of additional direct thread mounts from Banish Suppressors.

“The Banish 30-V2 builds upon the great performance of the Banish 30 while keeping it modular and serviceable, giving shooters the choice on overall size and sound performance," said Lukas VanLaecken, Director of Engineering for BANISH Suppressors. “The new design reduces the overall length by 0.8 in. and weight by 1.8 oz. while improving performance for an overall quieter shooting experience. The addition of a HUB mount system offers more options and ease of use with multiple mounting systems and firearm configurations.”
