Auto-Ordnance, in collaboration with the artisans at Koted Arms, has announced the release of the "Land of the Free" 1911, a striking custom stainless pistol honoring the 250th anniversary of the United States. Built upon the time-tested Auto-Ordnance Stainless 1911 platform, this commemorative firearm serves as a functional piece of American history, celebrating two and a half centuries of enduring liberty. The pistol features a two-tone finish with custom engravings devoted to the patriotic spirit of the nation.

The craftsmanship of Koted Arms is displayed across the entirety of the firearm. The left side of the stainless slide is emblazoned with the words "LAND OF THE FREE" flanking a 250th-anniversary emblem, contrasted by dark custom slide serrations. The left grip panel features a bald eagle positioned over a banner reading "1776," set against a deep, textured backdrop of stars and stripes. The historical tribute continues on the right side of the pistol where the slide is engraved with the phrase "HOME OF THE BRAVE" surrounding the 250 emblem. The corresponding right grip mirrors the patriotic theme, updating the eagle's banner to display "2026" to complete the 250-year timeline.
