Federal Ammunition Expands Options in 6mm ARC

Federal Ammunition is offering more options int he 6mm ARC cartridge for 2026. Designed for the AR-15 platform, the short-action cartridge pair low recoil with high potential accuracy. Federal's new offerings in this cartridge will include American Eagle TMJ 110-grain, Fusion Tipped 110-grain and Gold Medal Berger BT Target 108-grain.

"The 6mm ARC continues to prove itself in the hands of competitive shooters, hunters, and target shooters, and now we offer a load for any of those activities," said Mike Holm, Federal's director of centerfire rifle ammunition. "All of our options deliver accuracy and reliability that any shooter expects, right out of the box."

American Eagle rifle ammunition offers affordable performance for the range. The loads feature reloadable brass cases, and dependable primers.

Federal's Fusion Tipped design offers the same terminal performance as the original, but with a polymer tip that increases ballistic coefficient, flattens trajectories and boosts energy for better accuracy and extended effective range.

Federal's Gold Medal Berger loads feature an advanced boat-tail bullet with an high ballistic coefficient to provide flat trajectories, minimal wind drift and pinpoint accuracy.
