Hunters Specialties has announced the addition of two new turkey calls to its lineup, designed by champion turkey caller Paul Butski. Termed the Butski "Long Stroker" and the Butski "Original," each call has some distinctive attributes that set it apart from the rest.

The Long Stroker is a long-boat paddle-style box call. It can be used to scream excited yelping and cutting, perfect qualities for long-distance calling. The call can also function as a locator however, and even does some close-in work. This is all down to the call's long stroke, which Mr. Butski realized produces more turkey vocals. The call is constructed of select American walnut topped off with an exotic Purple Heart lid. MSRP: $49.95

The Original Cutter is a copy of the original cutter mouth call that Mr. Butski designed in 1980. It is a three-reed call stretched extra tight, to process some major air for hard cutting and yelping, but will also whisper some sweet, quiet notes at the end. MSRP: $9.99

Know How: Understanding and Obtaining a Cold-Bore Zero

Have you ever spent hours at the range zeroing a rifle only to learn it is nowhere near center when you go to confirm it at camp?
