The addition of a carbide expander button to the sizing die makes inside neck sizing smoother and easier, without lubrication. Next, the button also free floats on the de-capping rod allowing for self-centering in the case neck and hence improved overall concentricity. The micrometer equipped standard seating stem (also sold separately with VLD seating stem) allows for precise bullet seating depth to 1/0.001 of an inch (also available with Metric scale micrometers on some models). Offering handloaders around the world the convenience of fast and accurate changes in bullet seating depth in their measuring scale of preference. The two die Premium Set is offered with a full length sizing die with carbide button and a micrometer equipped seating die.
