Last year, vaunted Spanish barrel maker Bergara announced that it'd be producing full-fledged performance rifles. The announcement caught the eye of more than a few American hunters, who have taken to the company's B-14 Timber and B-14 Hunter with ease. For 2016 there'll be another option: the B-14 Woodsman.

The B-14 Woodsman rifle is built on a classic style, oil-finished walnut stock, with a checkered pistol grip and forend. The Woodsman comes with either the Bergara B-14 Long or Short Action, a Bergara Performance Curved trigger, and is available with a hinged floorplate or a detachable 4-round magazine. Caliber offerings include: .30-06, .300 Win Mag, .270, 7mm-Rem Mag, 6.5 Creedmoor, and .308 Win.

Bergara is also expanding its B-14 Hunter offerings this year. The Hunter, which features a Sporter-style lightweight synthetic stock, will be available with a 4-round detachable magazine, and comes in .300 Win Mag, .30-06, .270, 7MM Rem Mag, 6.5 Creedmoor, and .308 Win.

The Woodsman ships with an MSRP of $945, while the B-14 Hunter rifle starts at $825.
