The Trump administration has designated the firearm industry, to include retailers, a part of the nation's critical infrastructure during the COVID-19 pandemic. As such, it does not override determinations by individual jurisdictions concerning what each may consider critical infrastructure. For more on the story, check out WGNTV.com.
