The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation (RMEF) recently awarded a $400,000 grant to the Western Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies (WAFWA) to fund three state-led projects aimed at conserving, restoring and enhancing big game seasonal habitat and migration corridors in Nevada, Washington and Wyoming.

The Congressional Sportsmen’s Foundation is holding its third annual Protecting Outdoor Pursuits raffle and some of the industry’s finest have donated to help ensure the future of hunting, fishing and the outdoor sports. Total value of this year’s prizes comes in at $220,000. One-hundred and twenty-five winning names will be drawn on Oct. 21.

Due to the Virginia governor's recent ban on gatherings of 100 people or more, in response to the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak, the Pope and Young Club has canceled its 2020 convention, scheduled for March 26-28 in Chantilly, Virginia.
