And with baseball season coming to its climax, it was of particular interest to us here at American Hunter to discover that Remington, who is currently celebrating 200 years of manufacturing some of America’s greatest firearms, actually got involved in another sport far from the shooting and hunting realm most associate with the firearm giant.

2016 marks 200 years of Remington Arms. The company is celebrating its bicentennial in a number of ways—such as the launch of a new warranty policy—and NRA Pubs is joining the party. Remington Arms Company, which is celebrating its 200th Anniversary in 2016, has announced that it will now be offering a limited lifetime warranty on all Remington firearms purchased on or after Jan. 1, 2016. The new limited lifetime warranty was, in fact, in part inspired by the company's bicentennial.

Six years ago Remington released its newest version of the gas-operated, semi-automatic shotgun, the Versa Max. More recently, the company added a turkey-specific variant to the line. Learn more about it with this video.
