Leupold has announced the VX-6HD, an updated version of its flagship VX-6 line.

Now featuring Leupold’s proprietary Twilight Max Light Management System and Guard-iON coating, the new scope offers better optical quality but still lives up to the same extreme standards Leupold products are known for.

Another perk found on the VX-6HD is the new elevation CDS dial, the CDS-ZL2. This dial upgrade allows for two complete revolutions of the dial, providing extended accuracy. A turn indicator also helps the shooter know exactly where the scope is currently adjusted. When matched to ballistics of a particular load, the dial becomes an invaluable tool for any hunter or shooter. You can learn more about the VX-6HD with the video embedded above.

The VX-6HD ships with an MSRP of 1,299.99.
