Kevin Creighton with NRA Publications checks out new SUB22 ammunition from Browning Ammunition. Designed specifically to be used as suppressed pistol ammunition, SUB22 is fun to shoot and so quiet through a suppressor that the only audible noise comes from the action. A black copper plated bullet reduces fouling, while relatively heavy, 45-grain bullets reliably cycle actions. Muzzle velocity hovers around 1060 fps.
