Featuring a shortened barrel, reduced-length magazine tube and a lightweight carbon-fiber stepped rib, the new Benelli Montefeltro Ultra Light weighs just 6.3 pounds for the 12-gauge model and 5.3 pounds for the 20-gauge model.

The reduced weight and shorter length translates to effortless shouldering and faster swings on quick-moving birds. If you need higher round capacity beyond the standard 4+1, the Montefeltro Ultra Light’s open magazine tube can easily be modified with an optional extension.

As with all shotguns in the Montefeltro line, the Montefeltro Ultra Light features Benelli’s Inertia Driven system to deliver clean operation and reliable cycling from the lightest to the heaviest field loads.

AA-grade walnut with an exquisite satin finish comprises the sculpted, classically styled stock and forend bridged by a gloss black anodized receiver. This is complemented by a Crio-treated gloss blued barrel. The company’s WeatherCoat finish on the stock and receiver ensures the Montefeltro Ultra Light will hold up to any adventure in the field for years to come.

The Montefeltro Ultra Light has an MSRP of $1,949. Learn more about it in the video embedded above or by visiting benelliusa.com.
