Frigid February is prime time for reconnecting with hunting buddies in the great indoors as we hunters flock to all the great outdoor shows around the country. I had a blast at the Great American Outdoor Show in Harrisburg over the weekend—alongside thousands of fellow NRA members, hunters and shooters and their families—as I checked out as many of the 1,000-plus exhibitor booths as possible amid enjoying all the seminars and special events.  Of course, I had to take a photo with lil’ Joey, one of the cuter taxidermy mounts on display, and have to share this unique whitetail/coyote taxidermy photo.

Tonight I’m heading for the SCI Show in Las Vegas and am excited to blog from there this week!
