Browning has announced that it will be releasing its popular Citori over/under shotgun in a new model, dubbed the Citori Feather Lightning.

Crafted with a lightweight alloy receiver and a lightning style stock, the new lightweight Citori will be easier to carry over long days on the range or in the field.

12-gauge and 20-gauge models will be available, and will be chambered for 3" shells. The Citori Feather Lightning will be available with a 26" or 28" barrel. All of the Citori's original features, including the single selective trigger and the hammer ejectors, will carry over to the Feather Lightning.

The Browning Citori Feather Lightning model will ship with an MSRP of $2,179.99.
