Looking for a new turkey-dressing tool this spring? Check out the Benchmade 15500 Meatcrafter, a field-to-kitchen blade just as comfortable deboning in the woods, as prepping at the smoker.

Benchmade 15500 with orange sheath

The knife features Benchmade's new SelectEdge technology, with 14-degree edge-cuts per side, for a 28-degree edge in total on the CPM-154 stainless steel blade. The blade's flex is designed to fall between the typical characteristics of boning and filet knives, while a Santoprene handle allows for a firm grip.
