Mossberg’s popular Patriot Synthetic and Patriot Synthetic Youth Super Bantam bolt-action rifles are now offered chambered in 350 Legend.

The new 350 Legend cartridge is designed specifically for hunters to deliver massive downrange energy transfer with improved penetration from a modern straight-walled cartridge, and boasts more muzzle energy than the .30-30 Win., .300 BLK and .223 Rem. Combining the .350 Legend’s performance on game with the feature-packed Patriot bolt-action rifle makes this duo a great choice for deer, feral hogs, black bear and other medium-sized game.

Mossberg’s Patriot rifles feature a well-designed stock with straight comb, rounded edges, a raised cheek piece and a black rubber recoil pad. Constructed of durable synthetic, the stock has textured stippling on the grip, and the three surface areas of the forend for a reinforced grip. The standard contour 22-inch carbon steel barrel is free-floating, and features a 1:16″ twist rate and matte blue finish. The company’s famed LBA trigger is user-adjustable from 2 to 7 pounds.

A spiral-fluted bolt, streamlined and checkered bolt handle, receiver-mounted, weaver-style scope bases, sling swivel studs and 4-round box magazine complete the Patriot rifle. Additionally, both the Patriot Synthetic and Patriot Synthetic Super Bantam are available in scoped combos with a variable 3x-9x-40mm Vortex Crossfire II riflescope.

For younger or seasoned hunters who require a shorter length-of-pull, Mossberg’s innovative variable LOP stock featured on the Patriot Synthetic Youth Super Bantam includes a 1-inch spacer. As the user grows, adding the spacer increases the length-of-pull from 12 to 13 inches, or simply use the spacer to customize your fit.

Both the Patriot Synthetic and Patriot Synthetic Youth Super Bantam in 350 Legend have an MSRP of $396 ($435 for the Scoped Combo).
