Browning Wicked Wing Waterfowl Ammunition Now Shipping

As waterfowl seasons have begun to open across the country, Browning Ammunition is offering hunters another ammunition option for their excursions afield—the company's Wicked Wing steel waterfowl shotshell is now shipping. The Wicked Wing shell builds on the technology of its predecessor, the Browning BXD, by using the BXD wad system to improve pattern density. The aerodynamically stabilized wad system is designed to keep shot together through the bore, then release it in a controlled manner, with the intention of producing dense patterns that put more pellets on target. Wicked Wing also utilizes a proprietary steel shot that is treated for corrosion resistance, to aid consistency in varied conditions.
