Waterfowl hunters have used the Winchester’s reliable Xpert steel loads for years, and the company adds to its famous line for 2019, introducing its new Xpert Snow Goose 12-gauge ammo, available in both 3- and 3½-inch shell lengths.

Winchester used tried-and-true technology from its existing Xpert and Blind Side waterfowl ammunition to produce the new Xpert Snow Goose load, which combines proprietary Xpert Steel Shot High Velocity steel shot for more energy on target and less target-lead required, and the Diamond Cut Wad system to control the shot release and improve down range patterns.

The new Xpert Snow Goose ammo is available in the following configurations:
• 12-gauge, 3-inch, 1¼ oz., BB | 1475 fps
• 12-gauge, 3-inch, 1¼ oz., No.1+2 | 1475 fps
• 12-gauge, 3½-inch, 1⅜ oz., BB | 1550 fps
• 12-gauge, 3½-inch, 1⅜ oz., No.1+2 | 1550 fps
