Looking for a book to introduce your friends to the pro-gun argument? Give them "NRA... The Rest of the Story," which has just released its new 3rd Edition. The book has been re-cast as a more impactful rebuttal to misleading headlines about the firearms industry, shooting sports and the NRA.

With the same "Kiplinger" style as the 2014 release, the updated edition challenges readers to reconsider what they think they know about the NRA.

In the book's introduction, NRA President Allan Cors' writes: "Many have an opinion about the National Rifle Association, but if all they know is what they hear on the evening news or read in social media, then they probably don't know much about the NRA… NRA's mission was expanded in the mid-1970s to include being an active participant in the legislative and public policy arena in support of protecting and advancing the guarantees of our Constitution. While this part of the NRA, popularly known as "the gun lobby," is critical to the preservation of all civil rights, you may be surprised to learn that it is only one of many programs and services offered by the NRA to both members and non-members alike… Whatever your position is on the subject of responsible firearms ownership, you owe it to yourself to include this book in your research."

Bulk quantities of the book are available to clubs, groups and associations by contacting the author, Chip Lohman, directly at [email protected]. Individual copies can be purchased on Amazon.
