Whether you're sharpening a filet, field or boning knife, the controlled-angle sharpening systems from Lansky can help provide results. The Lansky system is a great option for outdoorsmen and women who are new to knife care and require the ability to sharpen a multitude of different blades.

Lansky is offering a series of options. The standard kit includes honing oil, one guide rod per hone, a coarse hone, medium hone and fine hone. To operate, you put the knife in the clamp, assemble the hone to the guide rod, placing the rod at the proper sharpening angle and sharpen, flipping when done. The 30 degree angle is for heavy duty use, 25 degrees for hunting and outdoor knives, 20 degrees for kitchen cutler and 17 degrees for fillet knives.
