Sierra Bullets to Acquire Assets of Barnes Bullets
Clarus Corporation’s subsidiary Sierra Bullets, L.L.C., the Bulletsmiths, was selected to acquire certain assets relating to the Barnes Bullets brand of specialty hunting bullets in a chapter 11 bankruptcy auction process conducted by Remington Outdoor Company, Inc. and certain of its subsidiaries.
Remington Breakup Plan Filed
Although it won’t be formalized until approved at a hearing scheduled tomorrow (Tuesday, September 29) in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama, the breakup plan for Remington was filed yesterday.
